There is a city in Ecuador where the garbage truck blares distorted ice cream truck music at concert volume. The idea is to let people know its time to put their trash out. Ugh.
But on another note – I’m glad you are enjoying Mexico!

Yes, yes, so true. These speakers weren’t too loud, but the guy across the street could be heard several city blocks away!
